TinyRep Pro Service Terms
These terms explain price display, entitlement, purchase restoration, and refund boundaries for the one-time TinyRep Pro digital purchase. Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before purchasing.
1. Product and purchase completion
TinyRep Pro is a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase offered through the Apple App Store. Product name, currency, tax-inclusive price, and availability are those shown by the App Store at confirmation. Entitlement begins only after Apple returns a successful transaction verified through StoreKit.
2. Pro entitlement
Purchase unlocks the Pro features listed on the purchase screen at that time. We may make reasonable compatibility, security, and product changes, but will not convert the same one-time entitlement into an auto-renewing subscription. Features remain subject to device capability, operating-system support, and third-party availability.
3. “Lifetime” and product lifecycle
“Lifetime Pro” means the non-consumable product requires no recurring subscription payment for the purchasing Apple Account while TinyRep remains offered and the Apple transaction remains valid. It does not promise that the app, every feature, third-party service, or a particular operating-system version will exist forever. Entitlement may end if the transaction is refunded, revoked, or found invalid.
4. Account, devices, and Family Sharing
Entitlement is associated with the Apple Account used for purchase and can be restored on eligible devices through Apple’s supported restore mechanism. The current product does not promise Family Sharing; actual availability is shown by the App Store and governed by Apple. Do not resell access, share account credentials, or bypass purchase verification.
5. Restore Purchase
After reinstalling or changing devices, choose Restore Purchase on the Pro page. Restore connects to the App Store and normally does not charge again. If entitlement is not found, confirm the original purchasing Apple Account and contact Support.
6. Billing, refunds, and revocation
Apple handles payment, taxes, receipts, and refund requests. Apple alone decides refund eligibility under App Store policies; the developer cannot promise or decide a refund for Apple. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service or Apple Support. A refunded or revoked transaction may remove Pro entitlement.
7. Availability and responsibility
We will reasonably maintain Pro functionality but cannot guarantee perpetual support for old devices, old systems, third-party networks, or App Store services. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes affecting purchased core entitlements will be communicated through this page, app release notes, or another appropriate method. Visit Support for entitlement issues and Apple Support for billing and refund decisions.
