Terms of Use

Effective: August 14, 2026

These terms supplement the terms governing your use of TinyRep features. Apps obtained through the App Store are also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If terms conflict, applicable law and Apple’s standard license terms control.

1. Application and acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using TinyRep, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app. A guardian should review and agree for a minor where required.

2. Product purpose

TinyRep organizes short everyday training plans, reminders, and records. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation prescriptions, or individualized medical advice. It is not a substitute for a physician, physical therapist, or other qualified professional.

3. Safe use and your responsibility

Choose movements, intensity, repetitions, and surroundings appropriate for you, and use stable support when needed. Stop for pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, numbness, or significant discomfort. Anyone who is pregnant, a minor or older adult, recovering from surgery, or living with injury or chronic illness should first obtain appropriate guidance. You are responsible for your training decisions and environment.

4. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use TinyRep on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by the Apple Media Services Usage Rules. Apple’s Standard EULA continues to apply.

5. User content

You retain rights in content you lawfully create or import and permit on-device processing needed for features you request. You must have the right to use, import, and share relevant images, text, plans, and links. Do not import unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unsafe content.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not bypass purchase verification or security measures; unlawfully copy, rent, resell, automate abuse of, or maliciously interfere with the app; or use it to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. This does not improperly restrict interoperability, research, or reverse-engineering rights expressly granted by law.

7. Third-party services and Apple

The App Store, StoreKit, system notifications, photo picker, share destinations, external websites, and other third-party services are operated by their providers and subject to their terms. TinyRep does not control independent third-party accuracy, availability, or continued operation. Apple is not the provider of TinyRep’s product commitments under these terms.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

TinyRep software, interfaces, branding, and original bundled content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may voluntarily provide suggestions; unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may evaluate and use general product feedback without identifying you.

9. Availability, changes, and discontinuation

We may update features, content, and system requirements for security, compatibility, compliance, or product improvement. We will reasonably maintain purchased entitlements but cannot guarantee perpetual availability of third-party services, old operating systems, or external links. If maintenance ends, we will explain the impact on purchased features where reasonably practicable.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TinyRep is provided as is and as available. We do not promise error-free or uninterrupted operation or any specific health, posture, or performance outcome. These terms do not exclude non-excludable consumer rights, liability for personal injury where it cannot be excluded, or other mandatory liability. Other liability is limited only where applicable law permits.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without depriving you of mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection, or other rights applicable where you reside. The parties should first try to resolve concerns through support@tinyrep.cc. If no resolution is reached, either party may seek relief before a court or other dispute-resolution body having jurisdiction under applicable law.

12. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated through this page, app release notes, or another appropriate method. We will request separate acceptance where required by law. Visit Support with questions.
