Introducing TinyRep 1.0: small workouts that fit real life

Pick a plan, follow the cues, and keep the progress. TinyRep turns a spare few minutes into a workout you can actually finish.

Make a small start

Begin with a built-in short plan or create movements and routines that fit your needs. Adjust movement order, repetitions, phases, and rest between movements.

During a session, TinyRep keeps the current movement and remaining time visible while audio, timer, and phase cues help you follow the rhythm without constantly watching the screen.

Look at your phone less

Sync recent plans to Apple Watch, review movements on your wrist, follow timers and haptic cues, and start or complete a session directly from the Watch.

Completed sessions return to iPhone so you can review your calendar, session count, training minutes, and longer-term trends.

Keep the plans that work for you

Export a training plan as a .trp file to share it, or preview and import a received file as your own copy.

Set local reminders for individual plans. Once training starts, Live Activity status on the Lock Screen and background audio cues help the session continue with fewer interruptions.

Your routine, kept private by default

TinyRep does not require an account. Plans, preferences, and training history are stored on your device by default, and the core training experience does not depend on a developer server.

TinyRep is a planning and guidance tool for everyday movement. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe rehabilitation; choose movements and intensity that are appropriate for you.
