TinyRep 1.1: find a plan faster and keep moving

A tighter starter library, clearer movement guidance, web-to-app imports, and a Watch experience that stays in step with your iPhone.

Start with the right plan faster

TinyRep 1.1 focuses the built-in library on 10 practical starters—from morning mobility and desk breaks to neck, wrist, back, core, leg, and basic strength sessions. A cooking timer plan shows how the same step-by-step rhythm can work beyond a conventional workout.

Plans are easier to browse by context, goal, and body area. Every onboarding choice leads to a complete official plan you can start immediately.

Know what to do before you begin

The English and Chinese catalogs share the same foundation of 101 movements, with reviewed names, phases, doses, cues, and safety notes.

Professional demonstration images make key movements easier to understand at a glance. Once you start, timers, audio, and phase cues keep the session moving.

Bring web plans into the app

Browse TinyRep’s website without losing your place in the app. When a plan fits, open it back in TinyRep for a preview and import, or keep the .trp file for later.

Built-in, imported, and personal plans stay clearly separated. Customizing an official plan creates your own copy and leaves the original untouched.

A Watch experience that stays in sync

TinyRep 1.1 keeps plan order, language, and setup state aligned between iPhone and Apple Watch, so the plan you expect is the plan you see on your wrist.

Finish on Apple Watch and the session returns to iPhone. If the devices are temporarily offline, the record waits safely and continues syncing after they reconnect.
