SAFETY

Choose comfort and control first

This is a demanding floor circuit. Use the knees-down plank modifications, keep prone lifts small, and skip reverse-support movements if they irritate the wrists or front of the shoulders. Stop for pain, numbness, dizziness, or joint pinching.
