Straighten the right leg, pull the toes back, and hold each quad squeeze for about ten seconds.
- 02Right Short-Arc Quad Extensions10 reps · about 8.3 min
Place the towel under the right knee and straighten the lower leg with a brief controlled hold.
- 03Right Straight-Leg Raises10 reps · about 8.3 min
Set the right quad and lift the whole straight leg to about a 30-degree angle.

Straighten the left leg, pull the toes back, and hold each quad squeeze for about ten seconds.
