    With the lower leg supported, pull the forefoot toward the head against the band and lower slowly.

    Band Ankle Eversion12 reps · about 20 min

    Stabilize the shin and turn the foot outward against the band without moving the whole leg.

  3. 03
    Controlled Calf Raises15 reps · about 30 min

    Rise as high as comfortable onto the toes and lower slowly, using support as needed.

  4. 04
    Forefoot-and-Heel Swivels10 reps · about 7.5 min

    Grip the floor and move the forefeet one direction, then the heels, creating a controlled side-to-side swivel.

  5. 05
    Short-Foot Single-Leg Balanceabout 2 min

    Lift the foot arch without curling the toes and balance on one leg, progressing toward one minute.
