SAFETY

Choose comfort and control first

This routine is general education. After injury, begin only when cleared by a clinician. Keep stretching pain-free, keep the heel grounded, and omit the band mobilization if it causes pinching or cannot be anchored safely.

TinyRep is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe rehabilitation.
