    Lie on the left side, roll slightly forward, and lift the straight right leg up and back with the heel leading.

    Left Side-Lying Hip Abduction — 3 Sets3 reps · about 12.8 min

    Switch sides and lift the straight left leg up and back until the lateral glute reaches controlled fatigue.
