Glide the chin down and back, hold three to five seconds, and return without lifting the head.
- 02Chin Tuck with Head Lift10 reps · about 10 min
Maintain a chin tuck, lift the head slightly from the mat for three to five seconds, and lower slowly.
- 03Side-Lying Neck Lateral Flexion10 reps · about 20 min
Side lying, lift the head a small distance toward neutral, hold three to five seconds, and complete ten per side.
- 04Prone Neutral Neck Extension10 reps · about 8.3 min
Prone with the gaze down, lift the head only to neutral, hold three seconds, and lower without looking forward.
- 05Scapular Pinches10 reps · about 20 min
Draw the shoulder blades down and together for three sets of ten, optionally pulling a light band apart.
- 06Posture Wall Slides10 reps · about 25 min
Keep the back and head against a wall and slide the arms upward and downward for three sets of ten.
