- 01Behind-the-Back Strap Swayabout 50 sec
Hold the strap behind the back and sway gently side to side while the chest stays open.
- 02Behind-the-Back Wrist Claspabout 30 sec
Clasp opposite wrists behind the back and draw the elbows back and toward each other.
- 03Seated Chest-Opening Arm Arcabout 1.4 min
Support one hand down and arc the opposite arm in a wide semicircle, following it with the gaze.
- 04Hand-to-Hip Gentle Neck Circlesabout 1 min
Clasp the hands toward one hip and make slow neck circles toward the elbow on that side.
- 05Strap Pass-Through and Holdabout 1.4 min
Hold the strap wide, pass it overhead and behind, then pause at the tightest comfortable point.

Hold the strap slightly behind the head and sway it side to side without slack.
- 07Prone T Chest Stretchabout 1.4 min
Lie prone with one arm long in a T and roll away from it to open that side of the chest.

Cross one straight arm in front of the other, crawl the hands apart, and rest over the upper arms.

Sit with hands behind at a diagonal and press the chest open while keeping the shoulders down.

Use a long strap or belt and keep the grip wide. Neck circles should remain small and comfortable; skip them for dizziness or neck symptoms. Stop before shoulder pinching and stop for pain, numbness, or tingling.
