Touch the shoulders and draw the largest comfortable circles with the elbows.
- 02Prone Chest Stretch — Rightabout 40 sec
Keep the right arm bent at 90 degrees and roll only far enough to open the right chest.
- 03Prone Chest Stretch — Leftabout 40 sec
Keep the left arm bent at 90 degrees and roll only far enough to open the left chest.
- 04Prone T Raiseabout 40 sec
Keep the forehead down, thumbs up, and lift the straight arms from a T position.
- 05Prone I Raiseabout 40 sec
Reach the arms overhead in an I shape and lift without bending the elbows.

Keep the hips over the knees as the hands walk forward and the chest lowers.

Sit tall and sweep the straight arms from a T to overhead behind the ears.
