SAFETY

Choose comfort and control first

This is a general movement plan, not a response to unexplained chest pain. Seek urgent medical evaluation for new, severe, unexplained, exertional, or pressure-like chest symptoms, especially with shortness of breath, sweating, faintness, or radiating discomfort. During exercise, stop for pain, dizziness, numbness, or joint pinching.
